Every day people watch hundreds of millions of hours and view billion of visitors through desktop alone mobile devices

Create youtube account

If you have a google account such as G-mail, Google Drive and Google Maps, Google Play, or any other Google service. if yes, you are eligible for sign in YouTube account and create a YouTube channel using the same user name password.

1. if you have a google account you’ll be prompted to sign in
2. if you have multiple google accounts, be sure to select the one you want to be associated with the YouTube channel.
3. if you do not have a google account click the create account and follow this steps  to register for one

Here, we will create a brand YouTube channel

Launch any web browser on your computers that’s connected to the internet

Step 1

First,if you have a google account, sign in to existing google account

Sign in Exiting Google account

Step 3

if you don’t have a google Account, create a new account especially for your YouTube account

you can choose two types of account

• personal account
• Business or brand account

Create a business YouTube channel

Once you’ve created your google account, make your way over to the YouTube home page using the URL YouTube.com

On the YouTube home page, click on the profile icon within the top right corner on the screen

Click on”Create a channel” from the drop down menu option

In the pop-up window, Click Get Started

Two options are shown

• Use your name
• Use a custom name

We can select any one

Here, we’ll select the “use a custom name” option, which is recommended for small businesses and brands

Then, you,ll enter the custom channel name that you want to use, agree to the terms and click Create

Here, your channel has been created. You can customize your channel’s setting on the next step

Then we can upload a profile picture using the link “UPLOAD PICTURE” and enter the channel description.

This is the channel dash board of your youtube channel

Navigate to the customized  channel page

We’ll start with the fundamental details about your brand channel from your channel dashboard

Click “Customize channel”

Click the “Basic info” tab

Also, you will able to add links using the “add link” tab to you site you want to share with your visitors.

These links will be displayed on top of your banner image and links increases your visitors integration

Profile picture

This is use to identify the creator of a video when browsing video content. you can add the image using the upload link but YouTube is recommended using a picture with dimensions of at least 98 X 98 pixels and a 4 MB capacity

Banner image

A banner image is an identification of your YouTube channel and is displayed at the top of your channel page. it is used to reach your channel or your brand to your viewers. you tube recommended using an image that’s at least 2048 X 1152 px.
