How to create a Weebly account for creating a website or blog

Weebly is a website builder suitable for creating of personal, business or online marketing websites. Weebly has many features for creating websites or blogs. Before we can use Weebly for web development, we must create a free account in Weebly.

 

First, go to Weebly website – URL -weebly.com

Weebly provides two options for you

• Online stores
• Websites

#Option 1 – Click website

If you already have a Weebly account, Click on “log in”

If you are a new user, fill email, password field and click on “Sign Up” or “Create an account”

In this case, as you are a new user, click on “create account“.

 

Now, you have to verify your account. So, click on the object as requested to verify.

Now, you can select a suitable theme for your website.

Then click on “go our shop”

This is your Editing page

Then click on “Start Editing”

This is your domain selection page

You can select a free subdomain (yoursite.weebly.com) or a domain(paid).

Now, your domain selection is complete.

Then click on “Done”

This is your Weebly dashboard.

Now you can start to create a website

 

#Option 2 – Click Online store

Weebly provides two options for you.

• Online stores
• Websites

Now, we can create an online store. So, click on get started on online store.

If you already have a Weebly account, Click on “Log in”

If you are a new user, fill in the email and password field. Then, click on “SignUp” or “create an account”.

Now, you are a new user So click on “create account”.

Enter a name for the store or you can update this later on.

Weebly provides 3 steps for creating your online store

• Pick a theme for your website
• Add products to your store
• Choose a payment provider to accept the order

 

So we will click on “Pick a theme” to select a suitable theme.

 

We will select a theme for the online store

This is a preview of the chosen theme.

Then, click on “start editing”.

 

Select a suitable domain name for your online store

Then, click on the “Done” button to start creating your online store

Now, you can create your online store.
